Downtown high-rises and Stadium District walk-ups gate you behind reserved elevators and building paperwork, so Priya locks down the COI before crew day, not the morning of.
One written number, no walkthrough required.
Apartment and condo moves in Tacoma come with their own logistics problem: elevators that need reserving, building management that wants a certificate of insurance faxed over three days early, and street parking downtown that disappears by 8am. We handle that paperwork before your move date, not the morning of.
Buildings around the Stadium District and downtown high-rises near the Foss Waterway almost always require a certificate of insurance (COI) naming the property, plus a reserved freight elevator slot. We keep our COI template on file and can usually turn one around same-day. Walk-ups are a different challenge — no elevator to reserve, just stairs and a crew that paces itself instead of burning out on flight three.
| Building type | What we coordinate |
|---|---|
| High-rise w/ elevator | COI + elevator reservation |
| Walk-up (2-4 flights) | Extra crew time, no COI usually needed |
| Street parking only | Shuttle vehicle or loading zone permit |
What we don’t do is guarantee a specific elevator time slot — that’s set by the building, not us, and we work within whatever window they give. If your move is a full house instead of a unit, see residential moving. Get building-specific pricing through our quote form, or check University Place and Gig Harbor if you’re relocating between suburbs.
One number covers the crew, the gear, and the care — nothing itemized after the fact.

Excellent work by the moving team. Everyone was careful and considerate of our things. Coordination between the team members was great. They kept us in the loop for the whole long move.
Federico, Chris and his crew were fantastic. Excellent communication, arrived on time, and never took a break! They took great care of every item. I cannot recommend them enough, and pricing is very competitive. Overall a great experience and will use them again in the future!
One honest Tacoma crew for every kind of move across the South Puget Sound.
Most of our runs never leave Pierce County — Tacoma, Lakewood, and University Place on one flat number you sign off on before we touch a box.
Cross a state line and the same Tacoma crew that loaded your house drives it through, since we run the Seattle, Portland, and Spokane corridors ourselves on our own federal authority.
North Tacoma craftsman or a Lakewood rambler, the routine holds: blankets on the corners, floor runners at both ends, and furniture set back in place before we roll out.
Full-home packing with materials included — every box labeled by room so unpacking at the other end takes an afternoon, not a week.
Closing dates rarely line up with move-out day; our climate-controlled storage holds your things between legs, billed month to month.
Upright, baby grand, or a full concert grand — Wyatt runs the piano board and skid crew on Tacoma stairwells and Gig Harbor bridge crossings alike.
