Closing dates don’t always line up with move-out dates, so we run climate-controlled short-term storage for the gap in between — a week, a month, sometimes longer. Billing is month-to-month, no year-long contract required, and you’re not locked in past the point you actually need it.
Everything that comes off the truck gets logged into an inventory before it goes into storage, and that same list is what we check against when it comes back out. That matters most on moves where the destination isn’t ready yet — a house sale that closes late, a new-build not finished, an apartment lease that starts two weeks after the old one ends.

Short-term storage through us is for goods already in our care mid-move — it’s not a standalone self-storage unit you can rent without a moving job attached, and we’ll say that plainly rather than take a booking that doesn’t fit.
